Elon Musk threatens to ban Apple devices.
Elon Musk has issued a scathing denunciation of Apple’s new ChatGPT integration with iPhone announced at WWDC 2024, threatening to ban iPhones at Tesla, Space X, and beyond.
In a post on X, Musk stated “If Apple integrates OpenAI at the OS level, then Apple devices will be banned at my companies. That is an unacceptable security violation.”

US sues Adobe for hiding termination fees
The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against Adobe alleging that the company deceives consumers by hiding the early-termination fee and making it difficult for people to cancel their subscriptions.
In the complaint filed on Monday, the DOJ wrote that “Adobe has harmed consumers by enrolling them in its default, most lucrative subscription plan without clearly disclosing important plan terms.”
EV startup Fisker files for bankruptcy
Fisker Inc., the EV startup founded by famed designer Henrik Fisker, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection — a capstone to months of problems with its Ocean SUV that included recalls and dozens of lemon law lawsuits.
The California-based company, which filed for bankruptcy in the Delaware Court, had been seeking a deal with another automaker in a last-ditch effort to rescue the enterprise. The company estimated assets of $500 to $1 billion and liabilities of between $100 million and $500 million, according to the filing.
