March is a time to honor the resilience, achievements, and contributions of women around the world. At DotConnectAfrica (DCA) and Miss.Africa Digital aka FemPower, we stand proud in our commitment to empowering women through technology, education, and leadership. This International Women’s Month, we reaffirm and inspire the bridging of the digital gender gap and more opportunities for women to excel in the digital economy.

Empowering Women in the Digital Space For years, DCA has been at the forefront of digital transformation in Africa, advocating for innovation, inclusivity, and sustainable development. Through Miss.Africa Digital aka FemPower, we encourage women to explore careers in technology, develop digital skills, participate in tech communities, take leadership roles, and advocate for gender inclusivity in the industry. By breaking barriers and challenging stereotypes, we continue to uplift women and promote a more diverse and inclusive tech ecosystem.
