The DCA Group takes this opportunity of Thanksgiving week, to say thank you for your loyalty and support since we started our journey across Africa and globally under our initial mission with DCA Trust.

Earlier this year, the DotConnectAfrica (DCA) Group, had restructured under Global Economic Development Alliance (GEDA) Investment group based in Kenya offering digital transformation solutions to Africa.

GEDA Investment group Kenya is a pan-African investment company interested in the development of emerging economies, particularly with the strategic sector of Africa. GEDA is currently vested in – Technology, FinTech, Media, and Realty.

Since its establishment, DCA has continued to put effort into the successful digital transformation of Africa by championing technology including branding Africa on the Internet, the financial inclusion of women and girls through a seed-fund program, and empowering youth through training on digital skills.

DCA has also been a strong advocate of Africa’s economic equality among nations and the gender gap that can be narrowed if the Internet and technology policy gaps in these areas are addressed. Since its inception, DCA has steadily adopted a very unique integrated model of internet-centered digital products and services encompassing web-related services to fulfill the needs of the commercial sector.

The DCA group, therefore, had placed its portfolio of pan-African social enterprise services under a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) umbrella with the existing DCA Trust. These services include its women-in-tech program namely Miss.Africa Digital, the educational services under DCA Digital Academy, and its Digital Web Forum services.

This restructuring under GEDA reflects on the organization’s objectives to transform the rest of its digital services under a private investment company by positioning itself as a full one-stop-shop digital solutions provider in Africa. The organization’s restructuring specifically seeks to accelerate Africa’s digital economy by providing small and medium businesses (MSME’s) in Africa with tailor-made digital transformation solutions including digital marketing empowered by its cloud services and integrated with fintech solutions.

The future of Africa is digital. Therefore, the GEDA group of companies is committed to adapting its existing strategic purpose-driven approach to connect African businesses to the global markets through technology and knowledge economy.
