We seek a skilled and motivated Webmaster to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our websites and servers. As a Webmaster, you will ensure our web infrastructure’s smooth functioning, security, and efficiency, including DNS services.

• Create and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to implement website layouts, graphics, and multimedia elements.
• Optimize websites for various devices and browsers to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience.

• Regularly update website content, including text, images, videos, and downloadable files.
• Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the organization’s brand guidelines.
• Implement effective content organization and navigation structures to enhance usability and accessibility.

• Monitor websites for performance issues, broken links, and other technical glitches and promptly resolve them.
• Conduct regular backups and implement security measures to protect websites from unauthorized access or data breaches.
• Collaborate with IT teams or external vendors to address server or hosting-related issues as needed.

• Implement SEO best practices to optimize website content and structure for improved search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and generate reports to measure SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure websites adhere to the latest SEO guidelines.

• Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates.
• Generate regular reports on website metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze competitor websites to gain insights and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Webmaster or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) and multimedia integration is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot website-related issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
